Hi, my name is Sophi! I am a Massachusetts based licensed esthetician and certified lash tech. I am home based and located in Revere! I specialize in eyelash extensions and in many different lash styles. My goal is to make you feel more beautiful than when you walked in and to sprinkle some of the Sophi Effect to have you feeling gorgeous. Please contact me with an “On my way” text before your arrival. Late Policy: There is a 15 minute grace period. Please arrive on time. After 15 minutes you will be charged a late fee of $30. How deposits work: If you are a NEW CLIENT you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit and provide card information upon booking. In case of a no show/24 cancellation. If you are a RETURNING CLIENT you will only need your card information to book and will be subject to the 75% no show fee. Thank you for taking the time to read and understand our policies! Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 75% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This fee also applies if you arrive late, as there is a 15-minute grace period. After the 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered late and a fee of $30 will be collected. Additionally, please be aware that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Thank you for understanding.
